The primary work function of this position is to oversee the coordination of schedules and construction progressions for major capital projects. Projects will include the Northwest Water Treatment Facility and the Biological Nutrient Removal project. Combined, these projects represent $1 billion dollars in investment. Supplementary work in civil or mechanical engineering coordinating contracted public infrastructure projects, which generally includes supervision of project inspectors and managing project budgets. Projects generally include construction of sanitary sewers, water mains, storm sewers, site grading, street pavement, and sidewalk. Work is directed and reviewed through the establishment of goals and subsequent evaluation progress toward goal attainments. Reports directly to the Division Manager.
